On Tuesday, November 19th, Judge Natalie Howell spoke with students at BEC, discussing the repercussions of inappropriate juvenile behavior, crime, and the importance of choice. The students were actively engaged and posed insightful questions.
Judge Howell's objective is to minimize the number of juveniles entering the adult criminal justice system, beginning from kindergarten, by addressing truancy and providing children and families with resources to become productive adults.
